In this role you will be supporting existing client relationships, and ensuring our portfolio of partners have a world class experience and receive unparalleled service. We are looking for an individual possessing excellent communication, sales strategy, and leadership skills who is motivated to help our team build a new talent consulting agency from the ground up.
Developing trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally.
Leading client meetings in collaboration with business development and our leadership team.
Involvement in our new services development program. In this role you will be identifying how to build bespoke solutions for our clients' business objectives with regard to talent branding, process and pipelining.
Acting as a primary representative for client communication, as well as maintaining sales quotas.
Proven track record of driving revenue growth with small to midsize customer accounts.
3-7 years of sales or business development experience in a consultancy or executive search agency.
Strong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approach.
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
Organization skills with a strong attention to detail.
